In order to achieve these objectives, Golden Majees Trading shall so far as reasonably practicable:
- Provide the necessary training and awareness to enable staff at all levels to understand and contribute to the implementation of this policy
- Visible and proactive management commitment
- Commitment, involvement and co-operation of all employees and Sub-Contractors
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and ensure that work carried out does not affect
- the health and Safety of our selves and others
- Regularly monitor measure and review Health and Safety performance
- Require all employees to be aware of their Health and Safety responsibilities And Safety Requirements
- Provide suitable information, instruction and training to employees in respect of risks to Health and Safety
- Comply with all Acts, Regulations and legislation of the Sultanate of Oman including industry best practices
- Set HSE objectives and targets to achieve goal zero targets and continual improvement.
Golden Majees Trading are guided by the following corporate beliefs;
- That accidents, incidents, injuries and environmental disturbances are unacceptable and preventable That all necessary HSE arrangements must be in place prior to works commencing and that work shall be stopped if HSE arrangements cannot be implemented or maintained.
